Inurban makes progress on the works for the Albuixech logistics platform

The real estate developer specialising in logistics, Inurban, is making progress in the development of the Albuixech logistics platform.

The building will have a total of 50.000 m² on a plot of 65.000 m², and is located in a strategic location within the Polígono del Mediterráneo de Albuixech due to its proximity and good connection to Valencia.

At present, once the earthworks and foundations have been completed, the work being carried out on the platform is focused on progressing with the assembly of the structure and the building envelope, the latter being carried out by the Tenepa Group company, Lymsa. Progress is also being made on the external enclosure of the first modules and the fire protection systems are being installed.

Logistics platform benchmark in environmental sustainability

 The construction of these new logistics facilities is being carried out in compliance with the sustainability criteria required to achieve the certificate. ‘BREEAM Excellent’which assesses the degree of environmental sustainability based on the criteria of management, health and well-being, energy, transport, water, materials, waste, ecological land use, pollution and innovation, each of which addresses the most influential factors, including low impact design and carbon reduction; durability; adaptation to climate change; and ecological value and protection of biodiversity.

In addition, this logistics platform is a development 'net zero emissions' pioneer in the Valencian Community.
