Inurban closes the sale of Valencia's largest logistics project to the logistics fund managed by Talus Real Estate

Inurbana company specialising in the development and management of real estate assets with more than 40 years of experience in the sector, has reached an agreement for the sale of the Albuixech logistics platform to the logistics fund managed by Talus Real Estateone of the leading real estate investment platforms based in Madrid and Barcelona, which acts as a partner and manager of international funds.

In this case, Inurban and the logistics fund managed by Talus agreed on the purchase and sale of the logistics platform, whose operation will be completed as soon as the construction of the logistics complex is finished, estimated for mid-2023.

The property is located in the Polígono Mediterráneo de Albuixechlocated in Valencia's first logistical ring, just 10 km from the capital and 20 km from the Port of Sagunto, and has an approximate surface area of 44,589 m². The logistics complex, which is currently under construction, will be available by the third quarter of 2023.

This logistics platform, sold by Inurban to the logistics fund managed by Talus Real Estate in Albuixech is that of largest size available currently on the market and will have a flexible layout, divided into five modules ranging in size from 7,700 to 42,000 square metres. In addition, it will be the only warehouse available in Valencia's first logistical ring capable of supporting operational XXL.

The logistics complex has been designed in accordance with the highest quality standards, with great attention to efficiency and sustainability. Along these lines, it will be certified BREEAM Excellent and certification Net Zero Emissions. It will also have photovoltaic panels for self-consumption and an area for electric car chargers.
