Inurban develops a 3200 m² logistics warehouse in Antas (Almeria)

Work has already begun on this new industrial building in the ‘El Real’ Industrial Park in Antas.

Inurban has started the execution of these new facilities for Brico Centro López Fernándeza company specialising in hardware and DIY with 45 years of experience in the supply of plumbing products, electrical appliances, tools, gardening, machinery, household goods, etc.

 The new industrial building will have 3,200 square metres on a plot of 5,400 metres for the supply and storage of industrial material and professional hardware. The warehouse will be equipped with 6 loading bays with a large manoeuvring area that will allow efficient and safe management of vehicle traffic on the premises.

Once again, Brico Centro López has placed its trust in Inurban for the expansion of its facilities after the development of an industrial building of more than 6,500 metres in this same Industrial Park.

A strategically located industrial building

The ‘El Real’ Industrial Park is an important centre of economic activity in the town of Antas (Almeria), in the Levante Almeriense region.

Developed by Inurban more than 15 years ago, it has a surface area of 325,000 square metres in its first phase. The second phase, currently under development, has 250,000 metres.

Located between the towns of Antas and Vera, the park is home to numerous companies from different sectors, such as logistics and storage, car dealerships, hardware stores, household appliances, as well as petrol stations, restaurants etc.

The ‘El Real’ Industrial Park, thanks to its proximity to the Mediterranean Motorway (A-7) and the Cartagena-Vera Motorway (AP-7), facilitates communications with it and is a reference point in the Levante Almeriense region and the province of Almeria.
