Inurban, a real estate developer specialising in the development of logistics and industrial assets, has begun construction work on a logistics platform in Albuixech (Valencia). This new logistics building, which will be divided into several groupable modules, occupies some 50,000 m² of a 65,000 square metre plot, and is set to be a benchmark in terms of design, architecture, construction quality, sustainability and energy savings, among buildings of this type.
The location of this new logistics centre, the Polígono Industrial del Mediterráneo, is excellent due to its strategic geographical position, very close to the city centre of Valencia and with great infrastructures around it that connect it perfectly with the port of the capital of the Turia through the V-21 motorway.
In terms of construction, this project will be executed following and respecting the sustainability criteria necessary to achieve the highest standards of sustainability and energy efficiency granted by the ‘BREEAM Excellent’ certificate and is distinguished, in turn, for being a pioneering ‘zero emissions’ development in the Valencian Community.
The development of new modern logistics buildings such as this one being started by Inurban in Albuixech is consolidating the Valencian sector as one of the most important national benchmarks after the central area and Barcelona.
