Inurban drives forward its investment strategy with the creation of Iberia Reim

At Inurban, we have been developing real estate projects for over 45 years, contributing to the economic and social growth of our community. Today, we are taking another step forward in our journey with the creation of Iberia Reim, a capital management company specializing in real estate projects that opens the door to new investment models.

Diversification and professionalization in asset management

The launch of Iberia REIM is in line with our goal of diversifying the business and gaining financial capacity by attracting private and institutional capital. Through this management company, we channel investment into our own vehicles with three fundamental pillars: profitability, control, and transparency.

As Francisco Muñoz, president of Inurban, points out:

Active investment vehicles

Iberia REIM currently manages two investment vehicles that represent our vision and execution capabilities:

Arabí Living: focused on developing tourist apartment buildings in high-demand Spanish cities, with lease agreements with international operators to guarantee long-term rental income.

Nuevo AltoReal: one of the largest residential developments in the Region of Murcia, with more than 2,500 homes planned, an investment of €45 million, and an estimated IRR of 22-24% over a 6-8 year horizon.

Five strategic verticals

Iberia REIM's work will focus on hospitality, living, logistics, retail, and land development, areas that we consider key to responding to current market needs and which are highly attractive to institutional and private investors.

The creation of Iberia REIM is not a change of direction, but rather the natural continuation of our model: solid projects, direct co-investment by Inurban as a guarantee, and a commitment to sustainability and long-term value.
