Inurban participates in the 4th edition of the Avanza Family Business Forum

This Thursday, Inurban joined nearly 300 family businesses at the Víctor Villegas Auditorium to attend the IV edition of the Avanza Forum, an event organised by the Murcian Association of Family Businesses (Amefmur) and the Instituto de Fomento (INFO). The meeting brought together managers and entrepreneurs to analyse the main challenges facing family businesses, such as management, technological innovation and generational change.

During the day, key figures such as Juan Carlos Escotet, chairman of Abanca, and Ginés Clemente, founder of Aciturri, shared their experiences and points of view on business transformation in a context of constant change. In addition, round tables were held to discuss key issues such as talent, sustainability and the role of the new generations in the continuity of the family business.

Inurban's attendance at this forum reaffirms its commitment to the economic and social development of the Region of Murcia, as well as its interest in participating in spaces for dialogue that promote the strengthening and adaptation of family businesses to the challenges of the future.
