Inurban presents ‘La Corona’, a luxury villa project in La Nucía

The real estate developer from Yecla Inurbanbelonging to the Tenepa Group, presented on 5 August the project ‘La Corona Luxury Villas’ in collaboration with Gea Architects. This new residential complex is located in La Corona San Rafael, a strategic enclave within the municipality of La Nucia (Alicante).

A pioneering project in the Marina Baixa

Francisco Muñoz, president of Grupo Tenepa, said: ‘When I visited La Nucía with the mayor and he showed us the new sports facilities, I realised the important potential of this area. It is ideal to create a new top housing project.

The mayor of La Nucía, Bernabé Cano, underlined the transformative importance of this project for the municipality. In his words: ‘It is a very important project for La Nucía, transforming the type of houses that exist in the municipality. This type of construction seeks to attract a high-level public, offering a premium product’.

Cano also highlighted the influence of the Camilo Cano Sports City in attracting investors and future residents. ‘The sports city is managing to bring investors and new residents who wish to acquire this type of villas. This project has all the necessary characteristics to attract this type of client: individual, exclusive villas with private security, in a strategic location with spectacular views towards the bay of Altea and Benidorm.’
