Inurban and Antas Town Council move forward with plans to expand the El Real Industrial Park with direct support from the Ministry of Transport

As part of the joint efforts by Inurban and the Antas City Council to expand the El Real Industrial Park, both entities participated in a working meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Transport, Logistics, and Sustainable Mobility in Madrid.

The meeting was attended by the Director General of Roads, Juan Pedro Fernández Palomino; the Deputy Director General of Transport, Planning, and Operations, Rosalía Bravo Antón; and the Head of the State Roads Department in Eastern Andalusia, María José Martínez Tirado. Representing the Antas City Council were the mayor, Pedro Ridao Zamora; the Councilor for Urban Planning, Pedro Luis Rodríguez García; and the municipal architect, Antonio González Gerez. Representing Inurban were its CEO, Rafael Soriano, and civil engineer Alejandro Crespo Valero.

Both Inurban and Antas Town Council highlighted the importance of this meeting as an example of active cooperation between administrations and developers, emphasizing the value of direct dialogue with the Ministry of Transport as a key element in streamlining procedures and ensuring the success of the project.
This meeting consolidates the close institutional collaboration between Inurban, Antas Town Council, and the Ministry of Transport, reinforcing a shared roadmap towards the definitive implementation of the expansion of the “El Real” Industrial Park, a strategic initiative that will contribute to boosting the business fabric and economic growth of the Levante Almeriense region.
