II Phase "El Real" Industrial Park

Upcoming extension of the second phase of the Industrial Park "El Real" located in Antas (Almeria), in the centre of a nucleus of towns (Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar, Turre, Cuevas de Almanzora, Los Gallardos, Huércal-Overa,...) which constitute a large area of industrial, commercial and service expansion.

The new project will cover a total area of more than 250,000 square metres.

Easy access via the Mediterranean motorway and the N-340, which facilitates quick connections with cities such as Almeria, Murcia, Alicante and Albacete. Located 25 minutes from the port of Carboneras, one of the busiest ports in the Mediterranean.
