"La Corchera" Medium-Sized Park

Parque de Medianas "La Corchera", located in Mérida, between Calles Comarca de la Vera, Calle Llanos de Olivenza and Avenida Pitágoras.

The "La Corchera" Shopping Centre has a surface area of approximately 11,400 m², of which 2,315 m² on the ground floor are destined for the "Spar" food supermarket, 2,289 m² below ground level are destined for warehouses and car parks for the supermarket itself and 6,764 m² for commercial premises.

The aforementioned shopping centre has approximately 250 parking spaces, divided between the basement under Spar and the car park outside the complex. To this number we can add some 150 additional spaces distributed in the perimeter streets of the plot, as it is an isolated plot.
