This Industrial Park "El Real" is located in the Almeria town of Antas, in the centre of a nucleus of towns (Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar, Turre, Cuevas de Almanzora, Los Gallardos, Huércal-Overa,...) which constitute a large area of industrial, commercial and service expansion.

The surface area of the 1st phase is 325,000 m² in which numerous companies from various sectors such as furniture exhibitions, storage and transport, car showrooms, hardware stores, offices, etc. are already installed. At present, due to the great expansion of this area, the 2nd phase of the industrial estate is being developed, which will have more than 250,000 m².

This industrial estate has easy access via the Autovía del Mediterráneo and the N-340, which facilitates quick connections with cities such as Almería, Murcia, Alicante and Albacete. The Vera - Cartagena motorway starts and connects with the access to the El Real Industrial Park.
