Visit to the Albuixech logistics platform works

Last Monday, a visit was made to check the status and progress of the works on the Albuixech logistics platform developed by Inurban in the Mediterranean Industrial Estate, in the presence of the Mayor of Albuixech Town Council, José Vicente Andreu Castelló, as well as staff from the municipal technical department.

Francisco Muñoz, president of Inurban, was also present at the site visit, along with technical representatives from his company and the project management in charge.

In this way, the mayor had the opportunity to see first-hand the main features of the logistics platform, which stands out for being a pioneering ‘zero emissions’ development in the Valencian Community and for obtaining the prestigious ‘BREEAM Excellent’ certificate for its high standards of sustainability and energy efficiency.

The Polígono del Mediterráneo stands out for its excellent positioning. Its proximity and good connection with the port and the centre of Valencia make this location a strategic point for logistics.

The visit to the construction site of the new logistics platform in Albuixech was a unique opportunity to see the progress of the project in situ and to highlight the importance of sustainability and energy efficiency in the development of logistics infrastructures.
